1.Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Bagsh Space at bagsh.space (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2.The Service
Bagsh Space is an independent, student-built platform that helps students of the National University of Mongolia make informed academic choices through peer course and instructor evaluations, grade statistics, and study-planning tools. The Service is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the University. It is provided free of charge and may be supported by advertising.
3.Accounts
You may browse without an account. To post content you must sign in with Google, Facebook, or your university email address. You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your use of Google or Facebook sign-in is also subject to those providers’ own terms.
4.Community standards
Evaluations are most useful when they are honest, specific, and respectful. When you post, you agree to:
- Write only about courses you have taken and instructors who have taught you, based on your own experience.
- Comment on teaching and coursework, not on a person’s appearance, private life, ethnicity, religion, gender, health, or other personal characteristics.
- Not post content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, obscene, or unlawful.
- Not disclose anyone’s private information, including your own or another student’s grades or contact details.
- Not submit multiple reviews to manipulate a rating, impersonate another person, or post on behalf of an instructor.
- Not scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
5.Your content
You retain ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Bagsh Space a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Service. Reviews represent the opinions of their authors, not of Bagsh Space.
6.Moderation and reporting
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not remove reviews merely because they are critical. Instructors and students who believe a review violates these standards may report it to Baljinnyam.Dayan@gmail.com; we aim to respond within 14 days.
7.Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. Reviews, grade statistics, and schedule suggestions are informational; they may be incomplete or out of date and are not official University records. Always confirm course details and enrolment decisions through official University channels.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bagsh Space and its maintainers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
8.Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
9.Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. We may update them as the Service evolves; material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions may be sent to Baljinnyam.Dayan@gmail.com.
